ORDY General Conditions

1 Introduction
1.1 These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern your use of our online marketplace ORDY ("Marketplace"). By using our marketplace, you accept these GTU in their entirety.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms or the entire Agreement, you may not use our Marketplace.

1.2 If you use our marketplace in your capacity as a business customer, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of your company and that you are authorised to bind the company to these T&Cs.

1.3 Our Marketplace uses cookies; by using our Marketplace or accepting these Terms, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

2 Right of use
2.1 You may only use our Marketplace if you are at least 18 years old or have reached the minimum legal age to purchase our products. By using our Marketplace, you confirm and warrant that you have reached the minimum legal age and are therefore legally competent.

2.2 Use of our Marketplace is not permitted in countries or circumstances where such use is illegal. You must ensure that use of our Marketplace is legal in your country or in the jurisdiction where you use the Marketplace.

3 User account and data
3.1 You may create a user account for our Marketplace by registering using your email address, phone number or social media credentials.

3.2 You must keep all information you provide in your user account up to date and not provide false or misleading information.

3.3 You must keep your user account passwords confidential and notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user account or any breach of security.

3.4 You are responsible for all activities conducted through your user account on our marketplace, unless such activities were not authorized by you and you have not acted negligently towards us.

3.5 You may not use your User Account for or in connection with any activity that violates any law, the rights of any third party, or our TOS and our policies or codes.

3.6 We may suspend or terminate your User Account at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice.

4 Products and offers
4.1 The products offered on our marketplace are described to the best of our knowledge and belief. We guarantee a minimum quality of our products.

4.2 We reserve the right to moderate product reviews. Customer reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them and not the opinions of ORDY.

5 Payments and Refund and Return Policy
5.1 Payments for products purchased on our marketplace can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery.

5.2 All payment details must be correct and truthful. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity.

6 Delivery and shipping
6.1 ORDY currently only delivers to Morocco. Delivery is made directly to the customer or to the nearest collection station if home delivery is not possible in the customer's region due to certain circumstances.

6.2 ORDY assumes responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. However, we ask our customers to report any problems to us within a reasonable time.

6.3 Although we will do our best to meet the delivery times indicated, delays beyond our control may occur. In this case, we will inform our customers as soon as possible.

7 Disputes
7.1 In the event of any disagreement or complaint regarding a purchase or any other matter relating to our marketplace, we ask our customers to contact us by email in the first instance.

7.2 We undertake to respond to all complaints within 14 days and to do our best to find a solution satisfactory to both parties.

7.3 In the event that attempts to resolve the dispute fail and no agreement can be reached, these disputes will be subject to the laws of Morocco and to the competent courts in Morocco. General Terms and Conditions of ORDY

8 Promotions and offers
8.1 ORDY regularly organizes promotions and special offers. These may be modified or withdrawn at any time and without notice.

8.2 In the event of suspected fraud or misuse of an offer, we reserve the right to cancel orders and/or block the customer account concerned.

9 Data protection
9.1 We attach great importance to the security and protection of our customers' data. We store and process data in accordance with customary industry standards and in compliance with the legal provisions of Morocco.

10 Cancellation of orders
10.1 ORDY reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected or there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10.2 Customers will be informed immediately by email if their order is cancelled.

11 Modifications to the General Conditions
11.1 ORDY may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised Terms and Conditions will come into effect on the date they are published on our website.

11.2 It is the Customer's responsibility to keep themselves regularly informed of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our Marketplace after such changes shall be deemed to be acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Disclaimer
12.1 ORDY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use of our Marketplace, unless such damages are caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

12.2 We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties, including those who advertise on our Marketplace or provide links to third party websites.

13 Final provisions
13.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ORDY regarding the use of our Marketplace and supersede all prior agreements.

13.3 These General Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Morocco.

14 Data protection and personal data
14.1 ORDY is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. All personal data collected on our platform will be processed in accordance with the data protection laws and standards of the country of Morocco and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14.2 Data will be stored securely and used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly to be aware of our practices regarding the processing of personal data.

15 Promotions and Offers
15.1 ORDY may run promotions, discounts and special offers from time to time. These are limited in time and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

15.2 In the event of errors or technical problems resulting in an incorrect price or description, ORDY reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the customer.
