1. Returns and Refunds
At Ordy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return your items.

2. Return period
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return an item. If the item is returned within this time frame and meets our return criteria, you are eligible for a full refund.

Underwear Return Policy In accordance with our hygiene and safety standards for our customers, Ordy does not accept returns of underwear. This measure is taken to ensure the protection and comfort of all our users. We kindly ask you to carefully consider your choice before finalizing your purchase of these items.

3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

4. No restocking fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

5. Final Sale Items
Items marked "final sale" or similar are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

6. Condition of returned items
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Returned items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Reimbursement procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email confirming receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

8. Exceptions
